    		I remember begging my mom to let me wash our Shi-tzu, and use the blow dryer on him all the time.  Of all the jobs in my life I knew that working with animals never felt like a job.  I just loved it!

    Since then I have worked at several mom and pop salons and have taken many different grooming classes.

    I have three American Eskimo Dogs and two Pomeranians.  We have litters several times a year.  I also, on occasion, have foster cats and dogs.

    When I opened my own shop I knew I wanted it to be a little different.  I never liked in the places I worked that the dogs were scared and very stressed from all the barking and having to wait in cages.  I wanted my service to feel more like home for the dog.  A place they were happy to come back to.

    I schedule appointments so your dog is the only dog here.  My appointments may take a little longer because I take some time to play with your dog before we go for the bath, that way we can get to know each other a bit first.  I use a walk in shower not a tub so they dont have to jump or be picked up if they are an older dog.  The water is always warm and soothing.  The most important thing about the bath is that it's not just a bath, but a really great scratch!
